UKBMB Terms and Conditions Prices and Payment
You can select to pay for your goods either in UK Sterling (GBP) or Euros. All prices are quoted exclusive of UK VAT.We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. We will collect payment when you place your order.  If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order we will give you a full refund.

Credit & Debit Card payments are collected using the services of Protx. Most major Banks and financial institutions recommend Protx as a SECURE payment provider for Internet Trading. You can view Protx Terms and Conditions of use at their Payment Gateway on our website.

VAT / EC VAT (or European Equivalent)
Orders dispatched within the UK will be charged VAT at the current rate of 20%. Despatches to EU member countries will be dispatched with ZERO VAT – subject to confirmation of  EC VAT (or equivalent) Registration number. Failure to supply us with a valid EC VAT Registration Number will result in our charging UK VAT.  Our Vat Registration Number is 625 1660 55.

 Purchasing
Canopies and Weatherguards ordered through our on-line shop are made to order and are not carried or sold from stock.  We aim to complete manufacture of orders within 7 – 10 working days. All Steel Cabs & Doors which are also made to order are subject to a 4/5 week lead time.At the time of ordering you must ensure that you supply us with the correct Make, Vehicle Model and Year of manufacture, you will find all this information on the Truck Identification Plate which is usually located by the drivers seat. Follow the on-line instructions on each page to guide you through your purchase.

All BMB products are designed to fit Manufacturers STANDARD trucks with standard Overhead Guards, please ensure that you notify us at the time of placing your order if you have made any alterations to your truck or Overhead Guard.

When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming the details and receipt of your order.

You agree that once you have placed your order, and provided that it is accepted, we may begin work on it immediately, it is therefore important that you take care that the information that you supply us with are correct.  In certain limited circumstances, we may be able to accept adjustments to your order, please note however that any variation from the standard will lead to change in the quoted price.

Delivery & Delivery Costs
Packing & Delivery costs are shown at a standard delivery rate for UK mainland and Europe. Our favoured delivery method is by FedEx, however we may change our carrier at certain times due to product or market changes.   Should there be any change to the quoted delivery cost and for orders outside the UK mainland we will contact you by phone or email prior to starting the manufacture of your order to agree delivery.Goods paid for by Credit or Debit Card will only be delivered to the address as specified on your card holder account. 
We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 7 working days.

Cancellation - Refunds
Our products are of the highest quality however if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund.  Simply return the item(s) to us with the original packaging and the receipt (retaining a note of the number of the receipt for your own records). You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items however this will be refunded to you where items are faulty or there has been an error on the part of BMB Weatherproof Canopies Ltd. We will refund the price you have paid for the goods.   Please ensure that you retain proof of postage.

The above will apply to your order unless it has been personalised to your own specification.  We will only make a full refund for cancellation of a personalised order due to manufacture or design fault.

In the case of personalised items, please inspect the goods on delivery and inform us immediately of any suspected fault or discrepancy.  We will be happy to discuss any suspected fault or error on our part and if agreed we shall provide you with your choice of, full refund, agreed alterations or exchange.

Please note that our products and all publications mat be subject to Copyright, Trademark, Patent and/or other Intellectual Property Rights which shall remain vested in us, our licensors or the relevant owners and must not be used or copied otherwise than as clearly intended without notice to us and express permission, both in writing.
